• Solicit for purchase orders from customers and liaise with Customer Service Section to ensure supply of products as per the Service Charter.

• Coordinate customer relations’ activities with a view of gathering customer complaints, compliments & to improve relations.
• Effectively manage the TAR and ensure compliance to trading terms.
• Enforce compliance of SHEQ procedures and regulations at all customers’ facilities.
• Conduct customer training on offloading procedure at inception and regular trainings in liaisons with SHEQ on need basis.
• Coordinate sales promotion campaigns and business partners meetings within the territory to improve relations
• Coordinate the issuance and maintenance of company equipments given out to -customers through the Operations Department, for purposes of dispensing product at customers’ sites.
• Receive and attend to customer complaints.
• Ensure compliance to statutory requirements for all business dealings.
• Coordinate with other sections or departments to channel sales opportunities for other products e.g. LPG & Lubes.
